Our goal is simple: build a vibrant, collaborative community where leaders from all corners of the contact centre ecosystem can come together to learn from each other, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of our industry.

After a successful inaugural event in 2019, we’re excited to reignite the momentum. While the pandemic may have paused our plans, it also made the need for connection and shared learning more important than ever.

We’re kicking things off with a one-day event on October 8, 2025, bringing together thought leaders, innovators, and peers from across the region. And this is just the beginning.

Following the October event, we’ll be launching a series of regular half-day gatherings—with focused streams for technology leaders, frontline leadership, and executives—designed to keep the conversation going and the community growing.
