Contact Centre West was created in 2019 as a way to bring Western Canadian leaders in the call centre space together. Recognizing that opportunities for networking and sharing best practices in the industry were limited, and that traditional conferences target the executive or technical audience, our three co-founders came together to create the West's only contact centre community geared toward all levels of leadership and support.

Dwayne Calder
Dwayne is passionate about all things experience. With over 20 years in contact centre leadership, he has seen and heard it all.
When's he's not managing operations, you can find him harvesting crops on his family farm.
Erin Ramcoomar
Erin has over a decade of leadership in the contact centre space. With certifications in writing, change management, and strategic management, she loves getting things done in smart ways!
You'll find Erin dancey-walking down the hallways of any building she's in (often to the music in her head).
Nichole Geleta
Coming from planning major enterprise reward & recognition strategic initiatives, Nichole has a wealth of expertise in creating amazing experiences.
You can catch Nichole out on the golf course when she's not at work.
